For the filling:
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup strawberry preserves
For the frosting:
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
3 cups confectioners’ sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
